Current efforts include Simple 2 (re-executable neuroimaging publications with NIDM provenance), ReproSchema (standardized questionnaires / assessments for ABCD, HBCD, Bridge2AI), ReproBRAISE / ABCD-ReproNim (Reproducible BRAIn State Extraction), containerized BIDS apps (FreeSurfer / FSL / ANTs / MRIQC), and BABS (BIDS App Bootstrap).
